Fix Your Bad Posture With Physical Therapy

A good posture can help you manage your condition, but it is not always easy to maintain. Even if you do have good posture, you may find it hard to keep up with your daily activities. When you have bad posture, you may notice little details that cause you pain. The best way to deal with this is to have a physical therapist examine your posture. There are many benefits of correcting your posture. Your health depends on it.

Get a physical therapist to assess your posture and help you develop a home exercise routine that will fix your problem and improve your overall health. This can be an effective way to correct your posture. While a home exercise routine can improve your posture, it is also possible to do it at your local gym. Try to maintain the same position each time. You should stretch your legs and arms for a minute each time.

Dr. Solomon Normatov

As a lifelong athlete, I’ve experienced a wide array of sports-related injuries.  In fact, my interest in this profession was sparked at just eighteen years-old, when I received physical therapy for a shoulder injury incurred while playing football.  Later, I achieved my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of the Sciences of Philadelphia.

I employ a holistic, evidence-based approach to my treatment, taking a full assessment of your status and needs to design the perfect plan for your body and circumstances.  I use research-driven methods to help you achieve your physical therapy goals.  I am detail-oriented, innovative, highly knowledgeable in biomechanics, and a fantastic problem-solver.  I operate on three principles: honesty, perseverance, and resilience.

The most rewarding part of my job is helping others reclaim their health and wellness.  I love to use my experience and background to support and guide my patients as they commit to their recovery.  And I can’t wait to facilitate this journey for you, bestowing upon you the right exercises and information to carry you to success!
