Our Proven 4-Phase Recovery Program

Pain
We begin by addressing the true source of your discomfort, not just masking the symptoms. Using advanced manual therapy and individualized techniques, we work to reduce pain, calm inflammation, and restore basic movement patterns. This phase creates a solid foundation for healing in a calm, supportive environment where every session is tailored for progress.

Prime
In this phase, we refine the way your body moves. We correct imbalances, optimize joint control, and improve movement precision to prepare your body for higher-level function. Whether you’re returning to sport or simply want to move better every day, this phase is key to preventing setbacks and reaching your peak.

Perform
With pain under control, we focus on rebuilding what matters most: strength, flexibility, and endurance specific to your lifestyle. Through guided, functional exercises, our therapists help you regain confidence in your body, restore independence, and return to the activities you love with control and resilience.

Prevent
The final phase is about long-term success. We equip you with customized strength and mobility routines, education, and practical strategies to maintain your results. You’ll leave therapy not only pain-free, but also empowered to stay strong, mobile, and in control far beyond your time at Posh.

Meet Our Physical Therapist and Clinic Director

Dr. Solomon Normatov, DPT
Physical Therapist
As a lifelong athlete, I’ve experienced a wide array of sports-related injuries. In fact, my interest in this profession was sparked at just eighteen years-old, when I received physical therapy for a shoulder injury incurred while playing football. Later, I achieved my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of the Sciences of Philadelphia.
I employ a holistic, evidence-based approach to my treatment, taking a full assessment of your status and needs to design the perfect plan for your body and circumstances. I use research-driven methods to help you achieve your physical therapy goals. I am detail-oriented, innovative, highly knowledgeable in biomechanics, and a fantastic problem-solver. I operate on three principles: honesty, perseverance, and resilience.
The most rewarding part of my job is helping others reclaim their health and wellness. I love to use my experience and background to support and guide my patients as they commit to their recovery. And I can’t wait to facilitate this journey for you, bestowing upon you the right exercises and information to carry you to success!
The most rewarding part of my job is helping others reclaim their health and wellness.

Frequently Asked Questions — Physical Therapy in Delray Beach
Do I need a referral for physical therapy in Delray Beach?
No. You may begin physical therapy at Posh Physical Therapy without a referral. Florida law adds an important qualification: if treatment continues beyond 30 days for a condition that was not previously assessed by a practitioner of record, that practitioner must review and sign the physical therapist’s plan of treatment. Read Florida Statute §486.021. You can book directly online or call (561) 515-2970.
What makes Posh Physical Therapy different from other PT clinics in Delray Beach?
Three primary differences. First, every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one with Dr. Solomon Normatov, DPT — not 20 minutes with a tech. Second, we offer Class IV laser therapy, TMJ specialty care, and vestibular rehabilitation that most Delray Beach PT clinics don't provide. Third, our co-location with Posh Medical Club and Perphorm Fitness creates a complete clinical-to-performance ecosystem at one address that is unique in Palm Beach County.
Does Posh Physical Therapy accept insurance?
Posh Physical Therapy is a private, self-pay practice. We provide a superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. For patients injured in motor vehicle accidents, we document for Florida PIP billing. Many patients find that fewer, higher-quality self-pay sessions produce faster and more complete results than longer courses of insurance-based PT.
Where is Posh Physical Therapy located in Delray Beach?
We are located at 1025 S Old Dixie Highway, Delray Beach, FL 33483 — on South Old Dixie Highway between Linton Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue, co-located with Posh Medical Club and Perphorm Fitness. We serve patients from Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, and throughout Palm Beach County.
What conditions does Posh Physical Therapy treat in Delray Beach?
We treat the full spectrum of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions — including lower back pain, sciatica, disc herniation, neck pain, cervical radiculopathy, shoulder pain and rotator cuff injuries, knee OA and post-surgical knee rehabilitation, elbow tendinopathy (tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, pickleball elbow), foot pain and plantar fasciitis, TMJ disorder, vestibular and balance disorders including BPPV, post-concussion rehabilitation, and motor vehicle accident injuries with Florida PIP documentation.
Does Posh Physical Therapy treat car accident injuries in Delray Beach?
Yes. Florida's PIP statute covers 80% of medically necessary physical therapy up to $10,000 after a car accident, regardless of fault. Treatment must begin within 14 days of the accident to maintain full coverage. We provide full PIP-compatible documentation for neck, back, TMJ, and all post-MVA injuries and coordinate with personal injury attorneys when appropriate. Call us at (561) 515-2970 promptly after your accident.
How soon can I get an appointment at Posh Physical Therapy in Delray Beach?
Most new patients are seen within the same week they contact us. No referral is required. You can book online, call (561) 515-2970, or email info@poshphysicaltherapy.com. For car accident patients, we prioritize same-week or next-day appointments given the 14-day PIP deadline.
